Ameco to Undertake Maintenance Task for Air China Boeing 787

(Beijing, July 16, 2007) -- Ameco Beijing is about to provide line maintenance and airframe overhaul for Air China Boeing 787 fleet.

Ameco Beijing launched its Boeing 787 maintenance preparation work since February 2006, setting up a project team to facilitate Air China's smooth introduction of Boeing787 and the fulfilment of maintenance requirement.

During this year, the preparation work concerns different areas such as training preparation, personnel qualification definition, IT infrastructure, engineering data support etc. Ameco Beijing, together with Air China, will adjust the original maintenance system as well as maintenance and operational mode to be in line with the characteristics of Boeing 787.
